چکیده
BACKGROUND: Dahlia tuber as the source of isolates in endophytic mold produces Inulinases. Inulinase is used industry to produce inulin become fructose through an enzymatic reaction. Fructose from natural substances constitutes low calories diet diabetes mellitus type 2 patients. An important phase done obtain inulinase enzyme isolation. AIM: The objective this research was isolate and identify molecular red dahlia which had optimum activity. METHODS: Mold isolation stage surface sterilization purification. highest activity identified a using polymerase chain reaction technique with Internal transcribed spacers ITS region. DNA amplification primer 1 4. RESULTS: result study showed that there five-mold screening high found UD3 (++), UD4 UD5 (+++), value 0.582716049, 0.330864198, 0.685185185. identifying eight tapes successfully amplified 660 pb. based on BLAST analysis Schizophillum commune species CONCLUSION: It S. commune, added new variants could be by yield

Production of inulinase from Kluyveromyces marxianus using dahlia tuber extract
Various carbon sources were evaluated for production of inulinase by yeast, Kluyveromyces marxianus MTCC 3995. Highest inulinase activity was observed with Dahlia extract (25.3 nkat mL(-1)) as carbon source. The enzyme activity was 1.4 folds higher than that observed in media containing pure chicory inulin (17.8 nkat mL(-1)). The yeast showed good growth on a simple medium containing dahlia ext...
متن کاملThe Dahlia: An Early History
In 1934 Marshall Howe, of the New York Botanical Garden, compiled a list of Dahlia cultivars containing more than 14,000 names. This number represents an astonishing average of over 100 newly named cultivars during each of the 143 years since 1791, when dahlias were first brought into cultivation in the gardens of Spain following their arrival from Mexico. Today dahlias are among the most famil...
متن کاملIsolation and molecular identification of carotenoid-producing bacteria
The production of pigments from bacteria is significant due to the low cost, high yield and ease of extract compared with other sources. Carotenoids are one of the most important pigments with antioxidant properties which are the precursor of vitamin A synthesis and have antibody overproduction ability, anti-tumor activity and inhibitory effect on the cardiovascular disease. The present study a...
متن کاملA bHLH transcription factor, DvIVS, is involved in regulation of anthocyanin synthesis in dahlia (Dahlia variabilis)
Dahlias (Dahlia variabilis) exhibit a wide range of flower colours because of accumulation of anthocyanin and other flavonoids in their ray florets. Two lateral mutants were used that spontaneously occurred in 'Michael J' (MJW) which has yellow ray florets with orange variegation. MJOr, a bud mutant producing completely orange ray florets, accumulates anthocyanins, flavones, and butein, and MJY...
